We accept all open dental plans. As a courtesy to you, Lisa will file your insurance forms and will accept direct payment from any plan that allows it. Here are some of the insurance plans we accept:

We have flexible payment plans and options for multiple visit procedures. We offer a senior citizens' discount.

If you are new to our practice, you can print our medical, dental, and insurance information forms, fill them out before your visit, and bring them with you at your first appointment. We maintain the privacy of your health information as required by HIPPA.
